RETURN POLICY

RETURN PERIOD

Our return period is that of 30 days starting from the delivery date. Exceptions: We provide a return policy of minimum 14 days for electronic items, and ineligibility for food items, perishables, or living things. We may also determine other non-returnable items, such as gift cards or memberships.

We allow an extra 20 days from the end of return eligibility for the return to arrive at our facility.

DELIVERY CHARGES AND FEES ON RETURNING GOODS

Gum Arabic USA will cover the cost of shipping returns in the event of return for “damaged products” and product being past the “expiry date”. This will be conducted by refunding you the delivery charge after we receive the items back.

Restocking fees: We Do not charge customers for restocking fees.

  • Return shipping fees

    • ​Customer-related returns: Customer-related returns include situations when customers change their minds, order items by mistake, find a better price, or items don't fit as expected. For customer-related returns, we charge customers a $5.50 return shipping fee by deducting the cost from the refund value if our return policy applies.

    • Order-related returns: Order-related returns include situations when items are late, damaged or poor quality, incorrect, or don't match the description. We do not charge customers for return shipping on order-related returns.

  • Original shipping fees: For order-related returns, we refund the original shipping cost plus the cost of the item, including tax. However, if the return is for only part of an order, or is an item that was shipped with other items that aren't being returned, we aren't required to refund the original shipping fee.

REFUND PROCESSING

We will process the refund within 2 business days of the return arriving at our facility.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/ EXPIRED GOODS

Mistakes can always happen by any of the parties from Gum Arabic USA to the Couriers to the handlers etc.. We will always arrange for your refund for damaged, defective, incorrect and expired goods. You can opt for a refund or an exchange at our expense.

SHIPPING AND PACKING

We use USPS as our couriers and only delivery within continental USA.
